• Schedule laundry pickup and delivery
• Track orders
• Request laundry services, including washing, ironing, dry cleaning, curtain care, carpet care, and shoe care

To use our services, users must create an account by providing:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Delivery address

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

The app is free to use. Laundry services must be paid in cash upon delivery.

Users can cancel orders at any time without penalties. Currently, we do not offer refunds.

Lavanderie takes great care in handling all items. However, in the rare event that an item is lost or damaged, we will work with the customer to reach an amicable resolution. Compensation, if applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be a multiple of the service cost. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team to discuss any concerns.

Users can leave reviews through their app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

Users must not engage in fraudulent bookings, impersonation, or misuse of services.

There are no age restrictions, but users under 18 should have parental guidance.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
